The purpose of this public contract is to conclude a contract on the basis of which the contractor will be ready to carry out the next two stages of the reconstruction of part of the building "stare shipynice" in the premises of the sports center in Račice in the scope according to the project documentation, including the delivery of part of the new inventor of the object.

Mona small description of the subject covered by Part I of the Public Procurement is defined in separate project documents for each of the two planned stages of the reconstruction, together with Annex No. 1 to the documentation required for the preparation. provisions of Section 75 (3) of the APIA and professional competence pursuant to Section 77 (1)ACTA and Article 77 (2) of the Code. a) ZZVZ. The Contractor shall submit in particular: a) the extract from the Commercial Register, if it is entered in it, or the extract from another similarly to the Register if it is registered; and b) the proof of the right to business according to special legal regulations to the extent corresponding to the subject of the public offer, especially the document proving the respective trade license or license.To demonstrate compliance with this part of prthe tenderer's eligibility is determined by the minimum level so that from the commercial registration statement submitted to the contractor it must be inferred that: • the supplier offering a part of Part I of the public bids has a trade license for the object of undertaking the construction, modification and removal according to attachment No. 2 Act No. 455/1991 Coll., on Trade Licensing (Business Law), as later amendedof their regulations (hereinafter referred to as the "Trade Act") • • The supplier of the offer for the Part II public bids has a trade license for the object of business, manufacture, trade and services not listed in annexes 1 to 3 of the Trades Licensing Act under No. 4 of the Trades Act.
