"Construction and installation works on projects" Reconstruction and extension of the sewerage and plumbing network of "Samara 1" and "Samara 2" neighborhood, Stara Zagora - stage I (I underground) the objectives of the projects are construction and reconstruction of sewerage networks and facilities and reconstruction of water supply and drinking water facilities in Samara 1, -Stara Zagora

The sewerage system up to diameter 0 630 is intended to be filled with polyvinyl chloride (PVC) pipes and fittings, which must comply with the standard BDS EN 13476-1: 2008, BDS EN 13476 -2: 2008, with load class SN 8 kN / m (BSS EN ISO 9969: 2009 and DIN16961)

For pipes with a circular cross-section 0 700 it is envisaged to use fiberglass pipes(CC-GRP) according to BDS EN 14364: 201, with a stiffness class for all fiberglass tubes SN 10000 N / m.

Separated sewerage waste water collected in the Samara 1 sewerage network is directed to rains for casting with casting channels at Bedeka river receiver Rainwater quantities from the territory of the factory"Natalia" JSC and the territory between the railway line, Tsar Simeon Veliki Boulevard, Rodopi Street and Nikola Petkov Boulevard are collected and discharged in the main profile I-97. They are discharged into the Bedeckka river of an existing rainfall located outside the territory and scope of the present project.

The sewerage network is in a mixed sewerage system according to the situation in-approved project. The diameters and levels of the bottom are shown on the longitudinal sections (Figure 5 15)

The total length of the sewerage network envisaged for construction is 2, 124, 09 m long. Table 1 shows the technical specifications by diameters, sewerage network lengths Water supply:

All new water supply branches in Samara 1 will be implemented bypipes - high density polyethylene, third generation type 100, for normative pressure PN10 atm (EN 12201-2 and DIN 8074-8075). The pipes are supplied in rolls or 12 m long pipes. The joining of the PEVP pipes will be done by teflon plate welding - The minimum diameter of the distribution pipes of PEVP pipes is 0 110x4.0 mm.

For all new plumbing branches executed byit is envisaged to place a signal strip with a built-in metal thread.

During the implementation of the water pipe, the existing technology for transporting, storing and laying of PEVP pipelines must be observed. At the points of change of the direction of the pipeline route, the polyethylene pipe with a radius of not less than 20 - is to be bent.

On horizontal bends and deviations from-as well as under reinforcing concrete stops and reinforcements, reinforced concrete support blocks are planned (drawing № 37)

The total length of the planned water supply network is 1 119, 50 m long

The participants must be entered in the Central Professional Register of Constructors for execution of constructions of the 4th group, 2nd category, accompanied by a valid coupon under Art. 23, para. 1 of the PIRICPPC, and for non-residents - in analogous registers under the law of the Member State in which they are established or of another State party to the EEA Agreement

The participant fills in Section A "Fitness" in Part IV "Selection Criteria" European Public Procurement Documents (EEDOP)

Before concluding a public procurement contract, awardthe contractor shall request from the participant designated as a contractor a copy of the certificate for registration in the CPSR to the Construction Chamber for execution of construction works of the building category in which the object of the contract falls. If the participant is a non - resident, he may present a valid equivalent document or declaration or certificate issued by a competent authority of a Member State of the European Unionor another State Party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area proving the entry of the participant in a relevant register of that State. In cases where the builder is a person entitled to do so under the legislation of a Member State of the European Union or of another State party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area, or the Swiss Confederation, an application form is filed for entry in the register

When submitting a tender, the participants only fill in the relevant section of EEDOP.

In the case of unions which are not legal entities, the compliance with the selection criteria is evidenced by the participating association, and not by any of the persons included in it, except for the relevant registration, presentation of a certificate-or any other condition necessary for the performance of the contract, as required by a statutory or administrative act, and according to the distribution of the participation of the persons in the performance of the activities provided for in the contract establishing the grouping .. Subcontractors shall meet the relevant selection criteria according to the type and the share of the order they will perform and for them not toreason for removal from the procedure.

The assignor removes from the procedure the candidate or participant for whom the grounds under Art. 54, para. 1 of the Public Procurement Act and under Art. 55, para. 1 of the PPAs that occurred before or during the procedure.

The participant designated as a contractor shall provide a performance guarantee amounting to 3% of the value of the contract, exclusive of VAT. The participant chooses a formof the performance guarantee. Guarantees are provided in one of the following forms:

2 bank guarantee

3 insurance which guarantees the performance by covering the contractor's liability

On the grounds of Art. 67, para. 5 of the PPA, the contracting authority may require from the participants and the candidates at any time to submit all or part of the documents proving the information provided in EEDOP when this is necessary for the lawful conduct of the procedure.
