Pre-Qualification, Total Contract - Education Building in Kolding

The contract involves the construction of a new teaching building with a total gross area excluding. kaelder pa approx. 9, 000 floor meters with associated outdoor areas. The campus building is to be built on a site located in the University Park at Skamlingveien / Buen, 6000 Kolding.

With the establishment of a new, centrally located Campus in Kolding, UC SYD wishes to create a future interdisciplinary teaching and knowledge environment for students and employees.

In Kolding, UC SYD wishes to relocate existing education programs from Dyrehavevej, Kolding and Haderslev to a new UC South Campus in 2021 could offer the following bachelor programs:

The 2 pedagogical subjects

PAED (PAE).

The 3 Communication Education:

- Graphic Communication (GRAPHIC) - Moves from Haderslev to Kolding,

- Sound designers, media and sono communications ( SONO) - moved from Haderslev to Kolding,

- Commercial Language and IT-Based Market Communication (ITEM) - moved from Haderslev to Kolding,

- Over and overeducation and training courses (EVU) and AMU courses.

In addition, the following service functions:

- Student administration,

- UC Service.

The offer includes the construction of a new education building with a total gross area excl. kaelder pa approx. 9, 000 floor meters with associated outdoor areas. The campus building must be built in the University Park at Skamlingvejen / Buen, 6000 Kolding.

The contract is offered as a tbuilding contract and related conditions.

The building will accommodate offices, meeting rooms, teaching rooms of different sizes and to various formalities, including: laboratories, professions premises for individual education.

The total price is offered as a function offering in which the tenderers compete as far as possible scope to meet UC SYD's visions, fExpectations and Desires for Campus Building.

UC Syd must, as the contracting entity, require the applicant to use the European Common Procurement Document (ESPD). The applicant must therefore complete the single European tender document by his pre-qualification request. Applicants must complete ESPD Part II-VI.

Applicants who are in one of the mandatory grounds for exclusion in Section 135 of the Public Procurement Act and 136 of the Public Procurement Act-refused to bid. The applicant must therefore declare that the applicant is not in one of the mandatory grounds for exclusion in section 135 and 136 of the Public Procurement Act. The declaration is given by filling in ESPD Part III, sections A and B.

Applicants must state whether applicants are based on subcontractors or others to meet the minimum eligibility requirements (Economic / Financial Form and Technical / Professionalsee section 4.2, or selection criteria, cf. section 5.2.

Information is provided by filling in ESPD Part II, Section C.

Safeguarding applications are based on subcontractors (capacity of other units) in relation to the economic and financial form or the technical form, including in relation to the fulfillment of minimum requirements, cf. clause 4.2, the applicant must attach his application for practicalityfication a separate ESPD filled in by the subcontractor with the information requested in ESPD Part II, sections A and B, part III and IV.

In addition, applicants must complete ESPD Part V.

Requests must state the total annual turnover for the last 3 accounts .

Contractual Terms

For this offer, v that the companies and their potential subcontractors (chain responsibility) who submit to the offer must provide their employees with salary and working conditions, "not less favorable" than the collective agreements, cf.
