The subject of this public procurement is: "Selection of contractor for the remaining and finishing works for the Unit Kindergarten (Kindergarten) in UPI II, district 32 according to the plan of the village of Galabets municipalityThe subject of the present public procurement contract is: "Selection of contractor for the remaining and finishing works for the Unit Kindergarten (Kindergarten) in UPI II, District 32, " Pomorie "- Main Site: Galabets, Pomorie Municipality. according to the plan of the village of Galabets Pomorie municipality. "Due to the change of the projects and the necessity of displacement of an electric power line, the construction was stopped and draftand an act of establishing the state of construction. Remaining and finishing works will be carried out on approved projects and quantitative accounts for the Kindergarten in Regulated Area II, District 32, according to the plan of the Galabets village, an integral part of the documentation for participation in the public procurement. the construction builder of category 5 or higher under the Rules of Procedure hand the procedure for entering and keeping the CPRC but for foreign persons in analogous registers according to the legislation of the Member State where they are established.

The information regarding the compliance of the participant with the requirements of fitness for exercising a professional activity is indicated by filling in Part IV "Selection Criteria", Section A "Fitness" of-Before joining the contract with the selected contractor, he / she must present a certificate for entry in the CPSR accompanied by a valid coupon.

In the case of a grouping which is not a legal entity, compliance with the selection criterion is evidenced by the participating grouping by any of the persons included therein, except in cases where according to the distribution of the participation of the personswhen carrying out the activities stipulated in the contract for the formation of the grouping, it is stipulated that these persons will carry out construction works

Each of the persons carrying out the construction must have a corresponding registration. Participants should hold a valid insurance policy on the date of submission of the offer under Art. 171 of the Tertiary Management Act for professional liability with a limit of liability under Article 5, para.2 of the Ordinance on the terms and conditions for compulsory insurance in the design and construction or an equivalent document for the foreign persons according to the legislation of the state in which they are established with coverage corresponding to the object of the procurement. The assignor removes from participation in a public procurement procedure a participant when:

1.1. has been convicted by a verdict in forceand, unless he is rehabilitated, for a crime under Art. 108a, Art. 159a-159d, Art. 172, Art. 192a, Art. 194-217, Art. 219-252, Art. 253-260, Art. 301-307, Art. 321, 321a and Art. 352-353e of the Penal Code; has been convicted by a judgment which has the force of res judicata, unless it is rehabilitated, for an offense analogous to the one referred to in paragraph 1.1 in another Member State or third country; there are obligations for taxes and compulsory insurancecontributions in the sense of Art. 162, para. 2, item 1 of the Tax Insurance Procedure Code and the interest thereon to the state or to the municipality at the headquarters of the contracting authority and of the participant or analogous obligations established by an act of a competent authority under the legislation of the state where the participant is established, if a rescheduling, deferral or collateralisation of obligations is allowedor the obligation is by virtue of an act which has not entered into force; there is inequality in the cases under Art. 44, para. 5 of the Public Procurement Act,

1.5.is found that: a) has submitted a false document related to the verification of the lack of grounds for removal or the fulfillment of the selection criteria, b) has not provided the required information related to the verification of the absence on grounds of removalnot or the fulfillment of the selection criteria,

1.6. is found by a punitive decree or court decision enforced, violation of Art. 61, para. 1, Art. 62, para. 1 or 3, Art. 63, para. 1 or 2, Art. 118, Art. 128, Art. 228, para. 3, Art. 245 and Art. 301 305 of the Labor Code or Art. 13 para. 1 of the Labor Migration and Labor Mobility Act or similar obligations established by an Act of Competenceunder the law of the State in which the participant is established; there is a conflict of interest that can not be eliminated; has been declared insolvent or is in bankruptcy proceedings or is in liquidation or has concluded an out-of-court agreement with its creditors in the sense of Art. 740 of the Commerce Act, or has ceased its activity, and in the case-that the tenderer is a non-resident - is in a similar situation arising from a similar procedure under the law of the State in which he is established; has been proved to be guilty of a failure to comply with a public contract or a works concession or a service contract leading to its early termination, payment of benefits or other similar sanctions, with the exceptionof cases where the default affects less than 50 per cent of the value or volume of the contract,

1.10. for the participant there are the specific national grounds for removal: - - convictions for crimes under Art. 194 208, Art. 213a 217, Art. 219 252 and Art. 254a 255a and Art. 256 260 of the Penal Code, - violations under Art. 61, para. 1, Art. 62, para. 1 or 3, Art. 63, para. 1 or 2, Art. 228, para. 3 ofLabor Code, - violations under Art. 13 para. 1 of the Labor Migration and Labor Mobility Act, - the existence of connectivity within the meaning of - 2, item 45 of the Supplementary Provisions of the Public Procurement Act between participants in the procedure, - the circumstances under Art. 69 of the Law for Counteracting Corruption and Forfeiting the Unlawfully Acquired Property, - the participant is a company registered in the jurisdiction with a preferential tax regime, orand is related to persons registered in jurisdictions with preferential tax regime, unless the exceptions under Art. 4 of the Economic and Financial Relations Act with the companies registered in preferential tax jurisdictions, the persons controlled by them and their actual owners.
