A group of orders has been formed between the city of Troyes, CMAS Troyes and Troyes Champagne Metropole for the launch of this framework agreement to retain different service providers able to meet the needs expressed by members of the grouping

The framework agreement will, foreach lot, single-owner.

The selected holder will be consulted, whenever a need arises, by issuing purchase orders, in accordance with the provisions of Article 80 of the Decree of 25.3.2016 relating to public markets.

The consultation has been carried out in accordance with an open tender procedure pursuant to Articles 25-I-1, 33, 66 to 68 of Decree No. 2016-360 of 25.3.2016.in accordance with Article 78-ii 3 and 80 of Decree No. 2016-360 of 25.3.2016, the consultation will lead to the conclusion, for each lot, of a single-award framework agreement with purchase orders, concluded with no minimum or maximum.

The validity period of the framework agreement is the period within which purchase orders can be issued. The framework agreement will be concluded, for each lot, for a period of one year from the date of notification to the holder.

Single applicant or grouping of candidates, no form of grouping is imposed by the contracting authority.

Financing on the own budget of each member of the grouping concerns.
