Implementation of construction works in connection with the project "Promotion of social inclusion and economic development through reconstruction and rehabilitation of municipal roads on the territory of the municipality of Cherven Bryag"

The subject of this public procurement is the execution of construction and assembly works for the reconstruction of part from the municipal road network of the Black Sea municipality according to approved investmentsProjects for three municipal roads:

Main Site: Municipality of Cherven Bryag

Includes the following approved financing costs: Expenditure for construction and assembly works for the reconstruction and rehabilitation of road pavement PVN1186 - from Telish to the border of municipality. (Cherven Bryag - Dolni Dabnik), direction Sadovets in the amount of BGN 1 342 350, 00;

Expenses for construction and assembly works for construction of protective pipes and protected-shafts for broadband Internet for site municipal road PVN1186 - from Telish to border common (Cherven Bryag - Dolni Dabnik), direction Sadovets in the amount of BGN 72 680, 00.

The participant should be entered in the Central Professional Register of the Constructor for execution of constructions with a scope, corresponding to the type of construction, subject of the public procurement, as and of its category, which is the third category according to Art.-137, para. 1, item 3, letter "a" of the Spatial Development Act in relation to Article 6, paragraph 1, item 1 of Ordinance No. 1 of 30.07.2003 on the Nomenclature of Construction Types issued by the Minister of Regional Development and Public Works (promulgated SG No. 72 of 15.08.2003), namely registration for second group of constructions, third or higher category For foreign persons, participants in the procedure, in analogous registers under the law of the Member State in which they are established or of another State party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area

In case of a merger, the requirement applies to the participant (s) who will carry out the construction activities according to the creation of the unification.

When the participant envisages subcontractingcompliance with the selection criterion is also proven by them, according to the type and proportion of the order they will perform and for them there are no grounds for removal from the procedure.

In the event of an irregularity committed by the builder, the contractor shall be obliged to reimburse to the Assignor all unlawfully paid sums, together with interest due. The Contractor shall be obliged to assist in the putting into operation of the construction site or in the issuance of a permit for use when this is required under the current provisions of the Territorial Development Act. The use of recycled vcmaterials and / or treated construction waste for material recovery in return embankments shall be carried out in accordance with Art. 13 of the Ordinance for the management of construction waste and for the use of recycled building materials and in compliance with the requirements of Art. 21 of the same regulation.
