Public procurement aims at selecting a consultant for the following activities:

Main Site:a WWTP Vratsa

The procurement is aimed at selecting a person providing consulting services for the following activities:

- Engineer according to the CONDITIONS OF CONSTRUCTION FOR CONSTRUCTION AND ENGINEERING PROJECTS DESIGNED BY THE CONTRACTING AUTHORITY. Terms and Conditions - International Federation of Consulting Engineers (FIDIC-YELLOW BOOK), as well as the relevant Specific Terms,

- Person Exercising Construction Supervisionla of Art. 168 of the Law on Spatial Planning (SPA) according to which the person performs an assessment of the conformity of the work design, construction supervision during the construction of the site according to Art. 166 and Art. 168 of the SPAs in volume and scope as required by the SPAs and related by-laws, including control over completeness and proper drafting of actsand protocols during the construction,

- Coordinator for "safety and health"

For all separate positions:

The participant must have a valid Building Supervision Certificate / License issued on the basis of Art. registration certifying the right to exercise this activity, in accordance with the relevant national legislation of the State, inoyo is established. The certificate / license must be accompanied by a list of the team of competent natural persons through whom the activity is conducted. According to Art. 166 para 7 of the LTA - the participants may submit a document certifying the right to carry out such activity, issued by a competent authority of a Member State of the European Union or of another country party to the Agreement.o For the European Economic Area.

When submitting the tender, the tenderer declares compliance with the requirement, completing section A: Eligibility, item 1 in Part IV: EEOPE selection criteria, indicating the data for entry in the register of the European Economic Area. 166, para 2 of the SPA, as well as the respective national databases, which contain the declared circumstances. Foreign participantsthey shall keep information on their entry in a similar register in accordance with the law of the Member State in which they are established. 1.The participants for the last three financial years have completedminimum total turnover, including minimum turnover in the area covered by the contract, calculated on the basis of annual turnover. When submitting the tender, the tenderer shall complete the relevant box of Section B: "Economic and financial situation", Part IV: "Selection criteria" by eEEDOP, indicating data on total and specific turnover for each lot for the respective financial years according toannual financial statements.When submitting a tender for more than one lot, the minimum requirement shall be applied without cumulation to the positions for which the participant applies, ie. the minimum total and specific revolutions for lots for which an offer is submitted shall not be added together.When submitting the offer, the participant fills in the relevant field of section B: "Economic and financial status", item 5, Part IV: "Selection criteria" of the EEOPP, indicating in the activated field "Issued by:", the web address, authority or office issuing the document, the exact reference to the document (no, date of issue, type of insured activity and period of validity) for availabilityчие Professional Liability Insurance with a minimum insurance amount of BGN 200, 000. For non-residents an equivalent document according to the law of the country in which they are established.
