The subject of the public procurement contract is the provision of construction supervision serviceswithin the framework of the project "Rehabilitation of the Northern Road of Maramures, Stage I", in order to successfully implement the project, in terms of time, cost, quality and safety parameters. in the delivery of Construction Supervision Services under the project "Rehabilitation of the North Road--Maramureş, Stage I ", for the successful implementation of the project, in terms of time, cost, quality and safety parameters. The contracting authority's reply to the clarification requests will be sent to the 10th day before the deadline for submission of the tenders insofar as such requests are to be addressed within the period provided in section I of the data sheet, respectively17 days before the deadline for submission of tenders. 1: The bidders (individual bidder / associated bidder), third parties and subcontractors should not find themselves in the situations referred to in art. 164, 165, 167 of Law no. 98 / 2016.

The manner by which the fulfillment of the requirement can be demonstrated: The DUAE will be filled in by the economic operators participating in the procedure(including any third parties and subcontractors) with the information related to their situation. The supporting documents proving the fulfillment of the undertaken by completing the DUAE shall be submitted, at the request of the contracting authority, only by the bidder placed on the first place in the intermediate rankings drawn up at the completion of the evaluation of the tenders. These documents will be:

- sky(local budget, state budget, etc.) at the moment of the presentation,

the criminal record of the economic operator and of the members of the administrative body, of the amount of the tax, management or oversight of that economic operator or those having the power to actdecision, or control, as it results from the certifying certificate issued by the ONRC / act of incorporation, valid at the time of presentation, - if appropriate, documents demonstrating that the economic operator may benefit from the derogations provided for in art. . 166 par. (2), art. 167 par. (2), art. 171 of Law 98/2016 on Public Procurement, - other documents eIf there is no document issued in the country of origin or in the country where the tenderer / third party / subcontractor is established, the documents of the kind provided in par. (1) or the respective documents do not cover all the situations stipulated in art. 164, 165 and 167, the contracting authority has the obligation to accept a declaration on its own responsibility or, if in that country it was notthere are legal provisions regarding the declaration on own responsibility, an authentic declaration made in front of a notary, an administrative or judicial authority or a professional association with competence in this respect.

Documents issued in another language will be accompanied by certified translation in Romanian language.
