CPV Description: Construction structures and materials; The supply of building materials for the needs of Plovdiv Municipality and its structural units under two separate lots. Plovdiv and its structural units under the following eOP 1 Supply of basic building materials and their accessories, OP № 2 Supplies of tools, building chemistry and water and sewage. Plovdiv

The activities, subject of this order, are deliveries of different types of building materials and their accessories for the needs of Plovdiv Municipality and its structural units. Nomenclature, technical characteristics and requiredquality and performance are described in detail in (Attachment 1a) - Technical Specifications of the Contracting Authority. All deliveries under the subject of the order will be made upon request by the Municipality of Plovdiv or the respective structural unit at a fax or e-mail specified by the Contractor, which it is obliged to provide and communicate for the purpose. uPart B, Part B of EEDOP: Selection Criteria. The participant must have achieved a minimum total turnover in a certain amount. The turnover should be realized during the last three financial years, depending on the date when the participant was established or started its activity. Stories about the personal status of the participants: the assignor removes from the subjectactor in the present procedure each participant, for when there are grounds for removal, related to the personal status of the participants under Art. 54, para. 1 and under Art. 55, para. 1, item 1 and item 3-5 of the PPA, which occurred before and during the procedure. Any participant who has been found to have one or more of the circumstances under Art. 107 of the Public Procurement Act. The procedure will be-any participant who, upon request by the contracting authority, does not confirm or extend the validity of his tender when that period has expired before a final decision on the procedure is issued. There is no right to participate or to represent a natural or legal person in the procedure, a person for whom the circumstances under Art. 69 of the Anti-Corruption Act and hbut the removal of the illegally acquired property (PKONPI). The companies registered in jurisdictions with preferential tax regime, as well as the persons controlled by such companies within the meaning of Art. 3, item 8 of the Economic and Financial Relations Act with companies registered in jurisdictions with preferential tax regime, the persons controlled by them and theirthe actual owners. The grounds for removal are applied in accordance with Art. 4, Art. 5, para. If the participant is an association of natural and / or legal entities, the above grounds for exclusion apply to each member of the grouping. The grounds for removal shall be applied until the expiration of the terms under Art. 57, para. 3 of the PPL.

When a participant pmodifies the use of a subcontractor in the sense of par. 2, item 34 of the PP of the Public Procurement Act or refers to the capacity of third persons under Art. 65, para. 1 of the Public Procurement Act, it should be taken into consideration that the grounds for elimination shall apply to the subcontractors and to the third parties as well

The participant for whom the grounds under Art. 54, para. 1 and under Art. 55, para. 1, item 1 and item 3-5 of the Public Procurement Act shall have the right to take measures of proofof reliability under Art. 56, para. 1 of the Public Procurement Act. Where the reliability measures are taken before submission of the tender, they are described in the Single European Public Procurement Document (EEDOP). As proof of the reliability of the participant is presented documents under Art. 45, para. 2 of the PPPP. After expiration of the contract under OP no.1 and OP no.2, the contracting authoritymay renew the same, in accordance with the provisions of Article 6 of the RSPC. Renewal should be accomplished by the cumulative occurrence of the following two conditions:

2.1. Where there is a financial resource for the activities subject to the procurement procedure for building materials and construction tools; Upon the contracting authority's decision to renew the contract.

Subject to the above-mentioned conditions, the contracts for the two lots will be renewed with up to 12 months for OP No 1 and up to 12 months for OP No 2 and additional deliveries will be made during the term of operation up to a total value of 250 000 BGN with VAT under OP 1 and up to 250 000 BGN with VAT under OP No 2.
