The client bereserves the right to exclude offers from bidders that have been created with the cooperation of an engineering firm commissioned by the client. The same applies if there is a company law / kinship or economic dependency between the bidder and the contracted engineering officethat the applicant / bidder has the DB Code of Conduct for Business Partners (http://www.deutschebahn.com/ Suppliers Qualification_downloads) or the BME Code of Conduct (https://www.bme.de/fileadmin/_horusdam/2065-BME- Code_of_Conduct_deutsch.pdf) or its own code of conduct, which essentially establishes comparable principles that are binding on it.

- Declaration, s the company has never attempted to influence the decision-making process in an inadmissible manner in a procurement procedure of Deutsche Bahn AG or a company affiliated with it in accordance with Sections 15 ff. AktG;

b) has attempted to obtain confidential information which could lead to inadmissible advantages in the award procedure, or

Participation in the procedure requires the unchanged composition of the bidding consortia allowed in the participant competition.
