The subject of the contract is the assessment of the compliance of investment projects and the exercise of construction supervision with investor functions in the performance of NationalThe program for energy efficiency of multi-family residential buildings in the territory of Lovech, stage-2. The objects, which should be pursued the activity, subject of the contract, are divided into 5 positions:

The purpose of the order is:

1. To prepare a comprehensive assessment report on the compliance of the investment projects for each lot, inclReading conformity assessment according to Art. 169, para. 1, item 6, according to Art. 142, para. 6, item 2 and para. 11 of the Spatial Planning Act. To make an assessment of the conformity of the part "Constructive" according to Article 142, paragraph 10 of the Spatial Planning Act.

2. To ensure the lawful execution of the construction through construction supervision with investor functions in the implementation of the activities, including the mandatory scope under Article 168 of PTA, control ofthe quantities, quality and conformity of the performed activities with the contracts for the execution of the engineering and to guarantee the quality and correct accounting of the quantity of construction works according to art. 166, para. 1 of the Spatial Planning Act.
