Main Site: The line construction is led by the cadastral territories Mytna, Divin, Lovinobaňa, Uderina, Podrečany, Tomašovce. It is located in the Lučenec district in the Bansk- Bystrica region.

The subject of the contract is the activity of the construction and technical supervision for the project of the expressway R2 Krivaň - Lovinobaňa, Tomašovce (section Mytna - Tomašovce). Pa detailed definition of the subject matter of the contract is contained in Volume 2 of the Business Terms and Conditions and Volume 3 of the Prize Part of the Documentation. According to - 32 par. 1 Act no. 343/2015 Coll. on Public Procurement and on the amendment of certain Conclusions as amended (hereinafter referred to as the "PPA"), which proves fulfillment according to - 32 par. 2 ZVO in conjunction with - 152 ZVO.

2. If the applicant or candidate has a registered office, place of business or usual residence outside the territory of the Slovak Republic and the status of its registered office, place of business or usual residence does not issue any of the documents referred to in - 32 para. 2 of the Act, or does not issue even equivalent documents, can be replaced by an affidavit in accordance within his State of residence, place of business or usual residence. If the law of the applicant or candidate with its registered office, place of business or usual residence outside the territory of the Slovak Republic is not governed by a declaration of honor, it may be replaced by a declaration made before a court, administrative body, notary, other professional institution or businessThe applicant, in his tender, shall submit the following information and documents demonstrating his financial and economic status:. Applicant proves financial and economic position: By expressing the bank (s) or branch of a foreign bank (s) in which the Applicant has the account (s), that his / her account (s) is / are not in an unauthorized daybete, it is not subject to execution, in the case of repayment of the faithful adheres to the payment calendar and the ability to fulfill its financial obligations, which will not be on the last day of the deadline for submission of tenders older than 3 months, both original or proven photocopy. The applicant submits the statement from all the banks where he / she keeps my accounts together with an affidavit stating that in other banksfinancial institutions. For the sake of clarity, it is noted that an account statement is not considered to be a bank confirmation. The applicant may use another person`s financial resources to prove his / her financial and economic status, regardless of their legal relationship. In such a case, the tenderer must prove to the contracting authority that he will actually use the resources of theis used to prove financial and economic position. The applicant demonstrates this fact by a written contract concluded with the person whose resources it intends to prove its financial and economic position. The written contract must give rise to an obligation on the part of the person to provide performance for the entire duration of the contractual relationship. The person whose resources are to be used to prove financial and economic figuresmust meet the conditions for participation in personal status except - 32 para. 1 pism. e) of the PPA and there must be no exclusion grounds in accordance with - 40 para. 6 pism. a) to h) and par. 7 ZVO.

3. The contracting authority requires that the tenderer and any other person whose capacity is to be used to prove financial and economic standing are jointly responsible for the performance of the Contract. Group toThe auditors shall demonstrate that the conditions for participation relating to economic and financial standing together are met. The tenderer may provisionally replace the documents attesting to the fulfillment of the conditions of participation specified by the contracting authority by the Single European Document. A summary material containing a summary of the basic information on the Single European Procurement Document can be found in point 19.1.1.In accordance with - 66 para. 7 Act no. 343/2015 Coll. on public procurement, the commission evaluates the fulfillment of the conditions of participation of tenderers pursuant to - 40 of the Public Procurement Act after evaluation of tenders pursuant to - 53 of the Public Procurement Act.

If no documents were submitteddemonstrating the fulfillment of the conditions for participation earlier or, if the evaluation of the fulfillment of the conditions for participation is carried out after the evaluation of the tenders, the contracting authority shall evaluate the fulfillment of the conditions for participation in accordance with - 55 para.

5 / The successful tenderer (s) shall provide the contracting authority with the due diligence necessary for the conclusion of the Contract for Work referred to in point 31 of Part A1 of the Guidelines for Applicants for Dry Background Documents. The contracting authority within the meaning of point 31.6 of Part A1 of Volume 1 of the Suitability Documentation determines that the period referred to in points 31.3 to 31.5 for the provision of properi is 20 working days.
