The subject of the special position covers the exercise of independent construction supervision during the construction of a construction site: "Landscaping, east of Chitalishte" Hristo Botev "- UPI I, quarter 182 in Kozloduy "with an area of 6890m2.

At exerciseThe Contractor shall be responsible for the activities and obligations as a participant in the investment process, regulated by Art. 166 and Art. 168 of the SPA, as well as for those arising from Art. 178 of the SPA. The participant musthold a valid License for performing the activities under Art. 166, para. 1, item 1 of the Spatial Planning Act, issued by the Minister of Regional Development and Public Works (paragraph 128 of the Transitional and Final Provisions of the ZZZUT) or a valid Certificate for performing the activities under Art. 166, para. 1, item 1 of the Spatial Planning Act, issued by the Head of the National Construction Control Directorate (DNSC), as requiredflock of art. 166, para. 2 and Ordinance No. РД-02-20-25 of 03.12.2012 on the conditions and procedure for issuing a certificate for entering in the register of consultants for assessment of the conformity of investment projects and / or exercising construction supervision for persons registered in the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria or equivalent document for foreign participants certifying the right to do soactivity issued by a competent authority of a Member State of the European Union or of another State Party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area, in accordance with Art. 166, para. 7 of the Spatial Planning Act

The participant should have a valid Professional Liability Insurance under Article 171 of the Spatial Planning Act, with a liability limitaccording to Art. 5, para. 4 of the Ordinance on the terms and conditions for compulsory insurance in design and construction, or an equivalent document for non-residents, in accordance with the law of the country in which they are established, with coverage corresponding to the volume and nature of the order arising from a normative act (objects, subject of the order are the fourth category).

In the procedure can yparticipates any Bulgarian or foreign natural or legal person or their associations, which fulfills the conditions of Art. 1, Art. 55, para 1, item 1 and item 3 of the Public Procurement Act, the conditions under Art. 107 of the Public Procurement Act, the circumstances under Art.the radiations of art. 4 of the same law, circumstances under art. 69 of the Law on Public Procurement, as well as a participant:
