Exercise Construction Supervision During the Execution of a Site: "Closure and Reclamation of an Existing Municipal Solid Waste Landfill on the territory of Pleven Municipality".

The participants must have a valid license / certificate for carrying out consulting activity for exercising construction supervision within the meaning of Art. 166, para. 1, item 1 of the TSA or Eqvalent, or other document certifying the right to carry out such activity, issued by a competent authority of a Member State of the European Union or of another State party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area or equivalent.

Important !!! The same applies to the eleven lots.

The participants must have a valid consulting license / certificatet for exercising construction supervision within the meaning of Art. 166, para. 1, item 1 of the Territorial Development Act or equivalent, or other document certifying the right to carry out such activity, issued by a competent authority of a Member State of the European Union or of another country party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area or equivalent. of the tender, compliance with the requirement shall be declaredRA in EEOPP (Part IV "Selection Criteria", Section A "Eligibility"). When the participant is a union, your requirementlives for members of the association who are directly engaged in the implementation of construction supervision activities according to the distribution of the persons` participation in the activities provided for in the agreement establishing the association.

2.2. Economic and Financial Condition

On the grounds of Art. 61, para. 1, item 1 and item 2 of the Public Procurement Act, the assignor sets minimum requirements for the participants, described in 2. "Selection Criteria", point 2.2) Economic and financial situation for each lot.

The contracting authority enters into a written contract with the contractor (according to the draft contract),

Provided that when the contract is signed, contractor:

- submitted a registration document in accordance with the requirement under Article 10, paragraph 2 of the Public Procurement Act,

- fulfilled a mandatoryin accordance with Art. 112, para. 1, item 2,

- submit the specified guarantee for the performance of the contract,

- perform the relevant registration, submit a document or fulfill any other requirement, which is necessary for the performance of the contract, in accordance with the requirements of a normative or administrative act and is set by the contracting authority in the conditions of the announced order.
