The subject of the open procedure is the selection of a public procurement contractor with the subject: "Exercise of construction supervision for site: construction of sewerage in Rittsi district, Dobrich - 1st stage "Main Site: On the territory of the Municipality of DobIn order to execute the order, the following shall be carried out: "Exercise of construction supervision for site: construction of domestic sewerage in Riltsi district, Dobrich - 1st stage" according to technical specification

The participant must be entered in the register with the DNCB to exercise the activities under Article 166 of the TDA, and for non-residents - in analogous registers under the legislation of the Member State, in theNote: In the case of a grouping which is not a legal entity, compliance with the requirement is evidenced by those members of the grouping who, according to the distribution of the participation of the persons in the performance of the activities provided for in the contract establishing the grouping, are involved in the execution of the construction supervision

When the participant envisages the participation of a subcontractorthe requirement shall be demonstrated for those subcontractors who, depending on the type and proportion of the contract awarded to them, will undertake construction supervision.

The participant shall complete (declare) Part IV, point A, point 2 of the Single European Document public procurement (EEDOP) these requirements.

Documents to demonstrate compliance with the required requirement shall be submitted by thecontractor or on request during the procedure - in the cases of Art. 67, para. 5 of the Public Procurement Act shall be submitted: a copy of a certificate / license for exercising the activities under Art. 166 of the TDA or a certificate for the right to exercise the activities under Art. 166 of the Territory Act of the persons under Art. 166, para. 7 of the TDA, accompanied by the list of authorized natural persons, which is an integral part thereof - (certifiedcopy)

The Contracting Authority does not impose requirements. Specific national grounds for exclusion to be declared in Part III. "Grounds for exclusion", section "D":

1. The participant should declare the absence or existence of a verdict in force for a crime under Art. 194-208, Art. 213a-217, Art. 219-252, Art. 254a-255a or Art. 256-260 of NC;

2. The participant should not be a related person with othersparticipants in this procedure, according to Art. 101, para. 11 of the Public Procurement Act; For a participant not to be found by a punitive order or a court decision enforced, a violation of Art. 61, para. 1, Art. 62, para. 1 or 3, Art. 63, para. 1 or 2, Art. 228, para. 3 of the Labor Code or similar obligations established by an act of a competent authority under the law of the state in which the applicantthe addressee or participant is established; No violation under Art. 13, para. 1 of the Labor Migration and Labor Mobility Act; For the participant, the circumstances under Art. 69 of the Law for Counteracting Corruption and for Removal of the Acquired Property; The participant should meet the requirements of Art. 3, item 8 and Art. 4 of the Law hand the economic and financial relations with the companies registered in preferential tax jurisdictions, the persons controlled by them and their actual owners. Enforcement of the contract. The guarantee for the performance of the public procurement contract is 3% (3%) of the contract value excluding VAT. The validity of bank guarantees / insurances should be bnot earlier than 30 days after expiry of the contract
