BUS - 2025 missions of Planning, piloting and coordination (OPC) on behalf of the RATP bus rolling stock department

The operation is part of the BUS project 2025, and more particularly for the adaptation of the RATP bus centers to the operation of its current fleet of 4, 700 buses, 65% of whichcudgel. The missions of OPC must make it possible to convert a maximum of 12 RATP sites.

Main Site: Ile-de-France

Each subsequent market, with an average duration of 55 months, constitutes:

- a slice closes: AVP and PRO,

- 3 optional slices:

- optional slice n 1: from the ACT phase to the AOR phase,

- optional slice n 2: use of the Opteam / Planisware software inAVP phase and PRO,

- optional slice n 3: use of the Opteam / Planisware software from the ACT phase to the

AOR phase.

The projected amount of work, per site, is between 15 000 000 EUR and 40 EUR 000 000, and for indicative purposes there will be approximately 15 lots and 30 firms.

The perimeter includes, in an estimated and non-exhaustive manner, the following services:

A) ordinanceTo analyze and decouple the operation in basic tasks relating to the execution studies and the works, to determine their sequence and to identify the constraints that exist between these tasks, to propose measures aimed at the respect of the deadlines of execution of the works; (B) piloting:

- implementation of the various organizational measures elaborated during the ordering and-planning up to the final acceptance and commissioning of the site (including, firm controls, pre-receptions and reserves lifts) within the time limits in the works;

C) coordination: ensuring a harmonious progress of the work. 'act of building through the working methods and process of production of documents ensuring the temporal management. The goal eharmonize the relationships between the project stakeholders (MOA, CDP, EOM, works contract holders, CT, CSPS, AMO, SEDP, ...).

Although the present mission of OPC does not include For the purposes of MOP No 85-704 of 12.7.1985, the incumbent will have to verify that the phasing of the schedule relating to the electrical work operation is compatible with the-planning of related operations, where applicable.

Candidate companies must provide the elements contained in the DC 1 print (letter of application and authorization of the representative by his co-contractors) and DC 2 (declaration of the individual candidate or the member of the grouping ) (or equivalent elements for candidates not established in France or DUME)

- Applicant companies must provide the elements contained in form DC 2 (or equivalent elements for candidates not established in France or DUME),

- Applicants who are unable to submit the requested references may justify their financial abilityby any other means.

Candidates will also provide: - balance sheets or extracts from balance sheets for the last 3 years, - appropriate bank statements or, where applicable, proof of professional risk insurance.

In the case where the candidate requests the taking into account of the capacities of other companies in particular in case of subcontracting or recourse to the capacitiess of the parent company, it must justify these capabilities and the fact that it will dispose of them during the entire execution of the market by the production of either a contract or a written undertaking.

When it belongs to a group, an attestation certifying its commercial autonomy and its competitive position vis---vis other companies in the group.

The last annual turnover of the candidate must resubmit at least 2 times the total annual amount of the market estimated by the RATP. In addition, it is specified that at each call for competition, each holder of the framework agreement must demonstrate its economic and financial capacity to perform several missions simultaneously. At a minimum, the holders of the framework agreement must be able to deploy services for 2 sitesat the same time.

Total subcontracting is forbidden.

- Important information:

In case of successive deposits, only the last answer will be accepted before the deadline for receipt of applications / offers.

The candidate can address, within the deadlines, a backup copy (CS) of his candidature / offer on physical support electronics or in paper form,
