Project control for the rehabilitation planning at Rheinhochwasserdaemmen after HOAI LP 1-4.

The redevelopment planning is carried out in 2 planning lots:

planninglot 1: RHWD XXIII (Wintersdorf to the Murg, 8.3 km)

Planning lot 2: RHWD XXV (Knielinger See, 2.3 km)

basic services and special project control services (for the project stages 1 and 2) according to the AHO series of publications, Issue No. 9 "Project Management Services in the Construction and Real Estate Sector", as of May 2014 and Issue No. 19 "Complementary Performance Models in Project Management for the Construction and Real Estate Industry"The planned expansion and refurbishment measures require the planning approval according to - 68 Water Resources Act (WHG). The following services are required for the rehabilitation planning of the individual planning lots, which are to be tendered by the project management (if applicable also with a time delay) and to accompany the decrees of the plan approval resolutions sind:

- Project planning for civil engineering works pursuant to - 43 HOAI 2013, phases 1-4,

- Structural design according to - 49 HOAI 2013, phases 1-4,

- geotechnical services (establishment of an investigation program of the foundation conditions of dam and subsoil / accompaniment of drilling / Evaluation of the results of drilling and preparation of a geotechnical report / development of a quality(QSP)),

- exploratory drilling by an appropriate specialist firm (VOB tendering), - surveying including creation of DGM, - possibly hydrology and geohydrology and hydraulics services, - environmental planning (execution of scoping appointment / mapping / special species protection review (saP) / landscape management plan (LBP) according to - 26 HOAI 2013 includedE / A reporting / Environmental Impact Assessment (UVS) / FFH compliance testing (including FFH screening).
