At the conclusion of the contract, the tenderer designated as contractor, presents a performance guarantee of 5% of the contract value excluding VAT. The guarantee is presented in one of the following forms: A) unconditional, irrevocable bank guarantee, in the original, or B) received money deposited into a current account of DP NRIC, certified by a payment order or C) insurance that secures the performance or advance funds provided through coverage nand the responsibility of the contractor, original, term of validity - the term of the contract plus one month. The conditions and terms for the retention and release of the performance guarantee shall be stipulated in the contract. One participant may participate for one, several or all lots. A participant who meets the conditions of Article 10, paragraph 1 of the Public Procurement Act may participate in the procedure.
