The competition concerns an agreement for the delivery of construction materials, timber, hand tools, hardware, fittings and fastening materials and similar equipment for technical operations.

The Contracting Authority has Framework Agreements for electrical services, masonry work and plumbing work. Materials delivered by contractors for these agreements is not included in this competition, unless the contracting authority decides otherwise. This will also apply for future competitions for such services.
