Mandate for project management for the construction of student housing site Allix Charcot in Lyon 5

Mandate to ensure part of the exercise of public ownership in the name and on behalf of the Lyon CROUS for the conconstruction of student housing Allix Charcot site in Lyon 5. This project management mandate is part of an operation carried out in accordance with Law no. 85-704 of 12.7.1985. The overall financial envelope, subject of the operation, is set at EUR 4, 320, 000 (including tax), value (December 2017) of which EUR 3, 075, 000 (excluding construction), including furniture, is allocated to the works.n Site: 2 rue Sister Bouvier, 69322 Lyon Cedex 05

The market will be composed in technical parts within the meaning of article 20 of the CCAG intellectual benefits in its version 2009.

- phase 1: definition and design of the works,

- phase 2: consultation of the companies,

- phase 3: realization of the works,

- phase 4: reception - putting into service and guarantee of perfect completion.

Each candidate or cha member of the grouping candidate must submit:

- a declaration of candidature datee and signed (unique for all co-contractors in case of grouping) by a person authorized to commit the candidate. The candidate can use the form DC1 available on http://www.economie.gouv.fr/daj/formulaires-declaration-du-candidat, or equivalent,

- a form DC2 (to submit by each menumber of the grouping) available on http://www.economie.gouv.fr/daj/formulaires-declaration-du-candidat, or equivalent,

- a declaration on the honor to justify that the candidate enters in no case mentioned in Articles 45 and 48 of Order No. 2015-899 of 23.7.2015 and Article 48-1 of Decree No. 2016-360 of 25.3.2016.

Each candidate or each member of the consortium- a statement concerning the overall turnover of the last 3 years (indicated in form DC2).

In respect of section II.2.7), the duration of the contract is 44 months from the date of notification of the walk including the year of perfect completion. Tenders must be submitted in paper format:
