The subject of the public procurement contract is the execution of the "II / 285 Jaroměř Nove Mesto nad Metuji, "Main site: Kralovehradecky kraj - road II / 285 Nove Mesto nad Metuji, Nahořany

The object of the public procurement is made of the" II / 285) Jaroměř Nove Mesto nad Metuji, stage 1 (cages 4 and 5) ".

This is a modernization of the 2nd class II / 285 road in Nahořany (intersection with III / 28517) Nove Mesto nad Metuji (intersection with I / The total length of the solved cage is about 4351 meters.

The building is situated mainly in the extravilan, passing through the built-up areas of the town of Nove Mesto nad Metuji.This building solves the structural layers of the carthe age and the increase of the frayedness of structure II / 285. In the connection of the building to the existing state, there is no change in the level of the above-mentioned and the wider arrangement.

The contractor shall prove the basic capacity according to - 74, par. a) e) the law in accordance with Section 75 (1) of the Act. The fulfillment of the professional competence shall be proved by the supplier by submitting the documents mentioned in Section 77 (1) of the Actand in Section 77 (2) of the Act. (a) and (c) of the Act. In order to fulfill the prerequisite under Section 77, paragraph 2, (a) the Contractor is obliged to submit a proof of the right of establishment pursuant to special legal regulations to the extent of the subject matter of this public offer, in particular a document proving the relevant trade license (minimum in the scope of Providing of the constructions, their alterations and removals and the performance of surveying or). To meet the criterion of Section 77, paragraph 2, c) the Contractor is obliged to submit a document proving the professional competence of the person authorized to conduct the works in the form of a certificate according to Act No. 360/1992 Coll., on the performance of the profession of authorized architects and on the performance of the profession of authorized engineers and technicians working in the construction, in the wording of later regulations, in the field of road construction and certificate of certificationthe professional competence of a person who, by means of professional competence for the fulfillment of the contracts, provides in the form of an official authorization for verifying the results of surveying activities.
