The object of the reconstruction is the reconstruction of the road III / 29827 (Lhotecka Street) in Hradec Kralove - Malšov Lhota (Part I) and of the ulicniho area including repair of buildings and constructions(Main Section: Road III / 29827 Hradec Kralove, Lhotecka Street

Subject to modifications and modifications). is the reconstruction of the road III / 29827 (Lhotecka Street) in Hradec Kralove - Malšov Lhota (Part I) and the forklift spaces including repairs of existing and build(Stage II) - Stage 1 - from the area near Stř-brn- potok (ZU) to the border of the cadastral areas through the interfaces to Malšov Lhota Malšovice near Hradec Kralove, - the length of the modification is 1, 377 98 km.

More information is given in the documentation.the provider shall prove basic capacity pursuant to Section 74 (1) of the Act. (a) - (e) of the Act in accordance with Section 75 (1) of the Act.

The fulfillment of professional competence shall be proved by the supplier by submitting the documents referred to in Section 77 (1) of the Act and in Article 77 (2) of the Act. a) and c) of the Act

In order to fulfill the prerequisite pursuant to Section 77 (2) of the Act. (a) the Contractor is required to submit a proof of the right to do business under special legal regulations-to the extent of the subject matter of this public offer, especially a document proving the relevant trade license (minimum in the extent of the Execution of constructions, their alterations and removals, the execution of surveying activities)

To fulfill the criterion according to - 77 par. c) the Contractor is obliged to submit a document certifying the professional competence of the person authorized to conduct the works in the form of a certificate according to the law-No. 360/1992 Coll., on the performance of the profession of authorized architects and the profession of authorized engineers and technicians in the construction, as amended, in the field of transport construction and a document certifying the professional competence of a person who, by means of professional competence, provides in the form of an official correction to verify the results of surveying.
