This is a DBFM contract that is put out to tender through 'Competitive Dialogue'.

Estimated realization phase: 3.5 years from the award of the contract, followed by 20 years of maintenance. In departure from art 4.4.10 of the ARW 2016, theannouncement only provides the relevant tender documents for registration.
