This contract includes: preparation of a complex report for conformity assessment of the investment project with the basic requirements for the construction works, exercising construction supervision during construction-mconstruction works and preparation of a final report and technical passport for site "Strengthening of terrain and vertical planning 110 kV switchgear in Arpezos." Main Site: MEPR Kardzhali, "Arpesos" substation - 110/20 kV

The current the contract includes: preparation of a complex report for the assessment of the compliance of the investment project with the basic requirements for the construction works, the exercise of construction supervisionin execution of the construction and assembly works and preparation of a final report and a technical passport for site Strengthening of terrain and vertical planning 110 kV switchgear in the Arpezos area

To be entered in the register of the persons performing the activity consultant according to Art. 167 (2) of the Spatial Development Act (APA) - Proof of the presentation of a certified copy of a valid exercise certificateof the activities under Art. 166, para. 1, item 1 of the TDA or a copy of a license issued pursuant to -128, para. 1 of the Territorial Planning Act, enclosed a list of the team of the qualified natural persons from the different specialties appointed under an employment or civil contract or a certified copy of a document certifying the right to carry out such activity, issued by a competent authority of a European Union Member State anothercountry party to the European Economic Area Agreement.

When submitting a tender, the participant declares its compliance with the selection criteria by filling in the information required by the contracting entity in the relevant section of the EEDOP. Documents demonstrating compliance with the selection criteria shall be submitted by the tenderer designated as contractor prior to the conclusion of the contractof the public procurement contract. Documents shall also be submitted to subcontractors and third parties, if any.
