The tenderer submits the Single European Market Document (DUME), which consists of in a declaration on his own actual honor, by which he certifies not to be in a situation of exclusion as defined in the art67 to 69 of the Law of 17/06/2016.

In the context of administrative simplification and in accordance with Article 73 - 4 of the Law of 17.6.2016, the Adjudicator will verify the following certificates for Belgian tenderers:

- the NSSO certificate,

- the tax certificate,

- the certificate of non-bankruptcy.

The auctioneer nonetheless draws the tenderer's attention to the points-The tenderer who employs staff subject to the law of 27.6.1969 revising the decree-law of 28.12.1944 concerning the social security of workers and personnel of another Member State of the European Union will be only to provide a recent certificate issued by the competent foreign authority. This certificate will certify that the tenderer isin accordance with its obligations relating to the payment of social security contributions in accordance with the legal provisions of the country in which it is established. This certificate may not be earlier than 3 months from the final date of receipt of tenders.

- The tenderer who only employs personnel from another Member State of the European Union will be required to provide the same certificate.ation. In the same manner as above, this certificate may not be earlier than 3 months from the date of receipt of the tenders.

- The foreign tenderer shall provide a tax certificate issued by the competent national authority. This will certify that the tenderer is in compliance with its tax obligations according to the legal provisions of the country where it is established.i. This certificate can not be earlier than 3 months from the date of receipt of tenders.

- The foreign tenderer will issue a recent certificate of non-bankruptcy which will be communicated to him by the competent national authority. This certificate may not be earlier than 3 months from the date of receipt of tenders.

It should be noted that the documents in questionn above shall not be provided on the assumption that they are available via freely accessible databases or that they have already been transmitted under another (identified) procedure and are still valid. Belgian or foreign tenderer, the following documents must be attached to the tender: - An extract from the criminal record or an equivalent document issued by-a judicial authority or a public authority of the country of origin or provenance and from which it appears that the person concerned was not convicted for an offense referred to in Article 67 of the Law of 17.6.2016 and Article 67 of the Royal Award of 18.6.2017. This extract can not be earlier than 3 months from the date of receipt of the tenders.

If a tenderer is foundt in one of the situations referred to in articles 67 or 69 of the law of 17.6.2016, wishes to invoke the taking of corrective measures in accordance with article 70 of the said law, it will specify in its offer the corrective measures undertaken. candidate submits a declaration concerning the overall annual turnover of the company for the last three accounting years available en depending on the date of creation of the company. This declaration is in the form of a table.

It is required that during the last three financial years the total annual turnover of the undertaking must have been greater than EUR 2 000 000.

This document must be supplied except it is available via freely accessible databases or has already been transmitted as part of ano other procedure (identified) and still valid, in accordance with Article 73 - 4 of the Public Procurement Act of 17.6.2016.

- The economic and financial capacity of the candidate companies will also be controlled by means of an evaluation. Ddat must be guaranteed by a risk indicator DunArticle 73 (4) of the Law of 17 June 2016 on public markets.
