Framework markets digitized plans and expert surveyor

EDF must be able to have plans of buildings, ground plan and levels which are updated regularly and also, for specific needs, topographic plans. She must also be able to obtain land analyzes as well as dossiers of town planning of certain sites to complete the information necessary to anticipate subjects related to the management and sale of sites.

Main Site: Intervention on all EDF and Enedis sites on the national level.

Technical capacity and professional: to be eligible, the candidate must respect the criteria of technical and professional aptitudes (by joining the jucorresponding documents) below:

1) The candidate must demonstrate his know-how, his skills and his experiences by providing references to identical services performed for less than three years, accompanied by certificates for which he has intervened ;

2) The candidate company will have to prove and demonstrate its know-how by presenting work referencesalready carried out in all the missions below:

For the service plans:

- model and design a 2D plan with the advanced functions of Autocad;

- create cutting plans, contours, calculations of surfaces;

- create and modify text and dimensions;

- create and customize layers;

- create and modify dynamic blocks and blocks with attributes;

- organize theblocks with the tool palette;

- recover blocks with Design Center;

- create a block library in a folder or in a palette;

- use all annotation methods;

- filter and group layers ;

- use the annotation scales;

- manage the impressions;

- modify / create the UCS;

- manage the external references;

- install and uninstall lisps;

3) The candidate will have to demonstrate its organizational capacity and relevance to intervene on all EDF and Enedis departments;

4) It will have to demonstrate the professional qualification of the staff and the management by providing anonymous CVs for the missions described previously;

5) It must also demonstrate a quality organization, in accordance with the EDF / Enedis Charter described in theCCTP, as well as appendix 7 - Security requirements;

6) The candidate must be able to present interlocutors speaking and writing French fluent in the technical fields of CCTP and knowing perfectly the French regulations in the fields concerned.

4) It will have to demonstrate the professional qualification of the personnel and the framing by providing anonymous CVs for the missions described previously;

5) It must also demonstrate a quality organization, in accordance with the EDF / Enedis Charter;

6) The candidat should be able to present interlocutors speaking and writing French fluently in the technical fields of CCTP and knowing perfectly the French regulations in the fields concerned.

The main economic and financial criteria are as follows:

1) The company must present the latest balance sheets and income statement to justify its sustainabilityfinancial;

2) The candidate must provide, if applicable, for each member of the grouping a K-bis extract dated less than six months;

3) The candidate or grouping must have an average annual turnover over the last three balance sheets and profit and loss accounts greater than twice the annual value of the lots.
