Mode of accomplishment:

The European Single Procurement Document (DUAE) will be completed according to art. 193 195 of the Law no. 98/2016 and according to ANAP Notification no. 240/2016 by tenderers and, if applicable, third-party supporters and subcontractors with information relevant to their situation.uprinse in DUAE, according to art. 196 par. (2) of the Law no. 98/2016, the contracting authority shall request the first ranked bidder and shall be required to produce supporting documents proving the fulfillment of the assumed obligations by completing the DUAE, such as: - a criminal record for the bidder and for the persons who are members of the administration, management or supror has power of representation, decision or control within the respective bidder, as it results from the certifying certificate issued by the ONRC / Act of incorporation, - tax certification certificates regarding the payment of taxes, duties or contributions to the general consolidated budget etc., showing the lack of overdue debts at the date of their presentation,

- docuwhich demonstrates that the economic operator may benefit from the derogations provided for in art. 166 par. (2), art. 167 par. (2) and art. 171 of Law no. 98/2016 (if applicable), - declaration on avoidance of conflict of interest according to art. 60 of Law no. 98/2016, with respect to the persons with decision-making functions mentioned in the data sheet of the acquisition.any document deemed to be edifying in the country of origin or in the country in which it is established, such as self-declarations, certificates, criminal records or other equivalent documents issued by the competent authorities of that country, accompanied by a certified translation in the language Roman.

Note: The supporting documents required in the above will be peach shareholder in case of a joint bid, and in the case of subcontracting, both the bidder and the subcontractor, and in the case of the tender submitted by the third party the documents shall be presented by both the bidder and the third party Supporter:

The bidders and, if applicable, third-party supporters and subcontractors must prove the form of registration under conditionis the law in the country of residence, showing that they are legally constituted, that they are in operation and that they have the capacity to carry out the activities that are the subject of the contract.

Mode of accomplishment: - Complete the Single European Procurement Document (DUAE ) according to art. 193 195 of the Law no. 98/2016 and according to ANAP Notification no. 240/2016 by the tenderers and, where appropriate, by tas supporters and subcontractors.
