The purpose of this framework agreement is to provide assistance to the project owner, to assistproject manager and delegated project manager for the ADP group's production computer projects. In particular, the incumbents will be in charge of:

- Assistance services to project management, such as:

- drafting of scoping notes,

- drafting of functional specifications or expression of needs,

- preparation of budget files,

- participation in the functional specifications,

- realization of project tests or good functioning,

- drafting and coordination of computer activity continuity plan tests (valid PCAI deliverable).
