Delivery of monitors for TWR Katowice

Subject of the order is delivery of monitors for TWR Katowice

Main Site: New Air Traffic Control Tower (TWR) of Katowice-Pyrzowice airport, ul. Wolności 90, 42-625 Pyrzowice

Delivery and assembly in the consoles of the new Air Traffic Control tower in Katowice:

- 4 pieces of SDD 2 x monitors-2k (2048 x 2048) and,

- 10 ATC TWR monitors.

Due to the specific application of the monitors supplied, they should be specially designed and adapted for the operation of air traffic control services. Deadline for ordering - in accordance with Chapter IV of the ToR.

II. Conditions for participation in the proceedings and grounds for excluding the contractor from the procurement procedure in accordance with Rbranch V of the SIWZ.

III. A list of statements or documents to be provided by the contractor to confirm compliance with the conditions for participation in the proceedings and not to be excluded from participation in the proceedings - in accordance with Chapter VI of the Terms of Reference - IV. Requirements regarding the bid bond - in accordance with Chapter IX of the SIWZ.

V. Description of the criteria for the evaluation of offers and the manner of evaluation of offers - in accordance with Chapter XIV of the Terms of Reference - VI. Information on the formalities that should be complied with after the selection of the offer in order to conclude a public procurement contract - in accordance with Chapter XVI of the Terms of Reference - VII. Requirements for securing due performance of the contract - in accordance with Chapter XVII of the ToR.

VIII. Significant provisions of the contract - in accordance with Chapter XVII of the ToR.

IX. List of statements and documents submitted by the contractor on requestnot to confirm that the offered delivery meets the requirements specified by the ordering party - in accordance with Chapter VII of the ToR.
