Les actiSNCF Freight wishes to change the system of CMMS, called. This system makes it possible to manage and plan the maintenance of the trains.
Main Site: Paris, Nantes, Lille, Lyon, french metropolitan area.
The purpose of this consultation is to acquire on a firm basis 1 software package of CMMS and services associates including:
- training, maintenance and training servicesupport,
- assistance to the client, namely SNCF Fret, particularly for the integration of the software package into the SNCF ecosystem,
- and the realization of specific developments.

Applicants must enclose the following documents and information with their application form (in case of group application, eachthe following documents must be sent by each of the members of the grouping): - justify the legal existence of the company, with the registration number in the Trade and Companies Register (or equivalent), - print DC1 title duly complete,
- the print DC2 title duly complete.

SNCF Freight, issue this notice on its behalf and on its behalf.
This consultation is carried out in the context of the negotiated procedure with competition, object of the decree n 2016-360 of the 25.3.2016 relative to the public markets. In the context of this procedure, the negotiation is not systematic. This is an eventuality that canto be implemented by the buyer according to the level of the tenders submitted.
Concerning the I.3):
The participation to the consultation is subjected to the preliminary signature of a confidentiality agreement (document in appendix 12 bis of the regulation of the consultation).
