This system makes it possible to manage and plan the availability of the seats and the transport capacities of the trains and does not offer any possibility of evolution to face the progression of the market in terms of offers to the customers.

The prThe purpose of this consultation is to acquire a firm inventory management software package and related services including: - training, maintenance and support services, - assistance to the client, namely: SNCF Mobilites, particularly for the integration of the software package in the SNCF ecosystem,

- and the realization of specific developments.

The presentconsultation also provides for the acquisition of 2 optional tranches:

A software module relating to the management of the tariff offer.

A software module relating to the management of the commercial supply of transport.

Applicants must enclose with their application form the following documents and information (in the case of a joint application, each of the documents required below must be sent by each member of the grouping):

- justify the legal existence of the company, with the registration number in the register of commerce and n / acietes (or equivalent),

- the print DC1 title duly complete,

- the print DC2 title duly complete.

When candidates wish to demonstrate the capabilities of other economic operators, they mustThe applicants must enclose with their application form the following documents and information (in the case of a joint application, each part of the tender). required below must be sent by each member of the group):

* CEF1 - a copy of the last balance sheet, or-extracts from balance sheets, economic operators for which the preparation of the balance sheets is obligatory by virtue of the law;

* CEF2 - a statement indicating, for each of the last 3 years available, the global turnover, the percentage of the turnover of business devoted to research and development, the percentage of turnover devoted to training, and any other elemthat the candidates will deem useful;

* CEF3 - the turnover realized with the SNCF group and the turnover realized in the exclusive domain of the present consultation;

* CEF4 - an appropriate declaration of banks or proof of insurance for occupational risks.

Further information in case of grouping: when the candidates want to assert the capacities of aother economic operators, they must justify the capabilities of these operators for the part of the market which is incumbent upon them as well as the fact that they will dispose of it for the execution of the market. Consequently, in the case of application for co-contracting or subcontracting, only one application file is expected in which the economic operators justify their technical capacity for the part of thetheir task.

SNCF Mobilites, issue this notice on its behalf and on its behalf. The present consultation is carried out within the framework of the negotiated procedure with call for competition, object of the decree n 2016-360 of the 25.3.2016 relating to the public markets. As part of this procedure, the negotiation is not systematic. This is an eventuality that can be implemented byr the buyer according to the level of the tenders submitted.

Concerning the I.3 section:

For reasons of confidentiality, the Specifications (or CCTP) will be communicated after selection of the candidatures, the companies selected and after signature by these of the confidentiality agreement appearing in the appendix of the regulation of the consultation.

In replacement of the CCTP, the candidates will be able to consult thedocument titled presenting the nature and scope of SNCF Mobilites' needs. The buying entity develops the consultations online, electronically. Application forms must be transmitted exclusively electronically via thethe address of which is given in section I.1.
