Provision of specialist support services for the certification of the SW of Poste Italiane

Contract pursuant to Legislative Decree 50/2016 - Procedure open in telematic modality for the establishment of a Framework Agreement Supply of services specialist support for the Certification of the SW.

The contract concerns the supply of specialized services for the certificationsoftware (i.e. application, system and security changes). The activities consist in the design, implementation and execution of tests aimed at the verification of non-functional requirements using support tools (e.g. APM, Automation test). The activities are carried out in scaled environments with production, managed with the same configurations and subject to the same rsecurity loops. In addition, the activities aimed at the release in production, the distribution of software on central and peripheral systems, in compliance with the requirements and service levels established

a) Enrollment C.C.I.A.A. or equivalent body in the case of companies belonging to the EU;

b) Lack of all grounds for exclusion pursuant to art. 80 of Legislative Decree 50/ 2016 as recalled by art. 133 co. 1 of the aforementioned decree.

C) Specific turnover related to the supply of specialist support services in the area of Software Certification (in compliance with the provisions of point II.2.4), implemented in the last three financial years approved on the date of expiry of the presentation of the application for participation / offer, not lower overall-EUR 11 000 000.00

For what is not foreseen, please refer to Parts I and Annexes, including service conditions. pursuant to art. 89 of Legislative Decree 50/16 as referred to in art.133 with the aforementioned decree, sole participant company-or in RTI / Consortium will have to provide with request participation / offer as provided by art.89 as CSO Part I

In case of participation RTI each component must certify in the declaration possession requirements as per letters a) and b) point III.1.1

The Parent Company must possess at least 60% of the requirements referred to in point (c) (III.1.2). Each Mandator must possess at least 20% of the aforementioned requito the aforementioned letter, given that RTI must possess as a whole 100% required requisites

The parent company of an RTI must possess at least one draft of the requirement under letter e) of point III.1.3 the other project may be owned by a any company of the RTI

Every company of the RTI must meet the requirement of letter g) of point III.1.3.-in point III.1.3) letters f), it may be owned by any company of the RTI.

It is understood that the RTI must have as a whole 100% requisites required for participation in the tender.

Given the provisions of article 32 co.7 of Legislative Decree 50/16 Poste has been asked to request proof of possessiondeclared requirements. Negative outcome verification will result in exclusion from the race. In the event of an award, the contract will be revoked with the right to award a tender to the next competitor in the ranking

Poste reserves at any time not to continue all or part of the tender and / or to award part

Poste has not been awarded if notna offer suitable / suitable pursuant to Article 95 co.12 Legislative Decree 50/16

Poste has facolta proceed with the award of only one valid offer or in the case only two valid offers without prejudice in both cases application art. 95 co.12 D.Lgs. 50/16

The security charges are equal to 0.

Client precise amount and quantity Framework Agreement are presumed and may vary according to requirementse di Poste

No contracting party can claim for amounts / amounts of funds inferior to those estimated

Impresa Impresa ex art.216 co11 D.Lgs. n. 50/2016 and s.m.i., will have to provide, within 60 days from the awarding, the reimbursement in favor of the Contracting Authority, expenses incurred by the same for publication of this Announcement for excerpt in the Newspapers, estimated at 4 000.00 EUR plus VAT, according to the methods indicated by Poste when invoicing is issued.

The choice of a single lot is necessary for a unique management of EndtoEnd activities; the division into lots would result in operational inefficiency and strong criticism in the identification / attribution of responsibilities. Activities are not differentiated by business scope.
