Outsourcing ICT services

The municipality of Heemstede wishes to meet the objectives (see chapter 1.8) by outsourcing the current ICT in the form of a managed ICT service. Heemstede and the municipality of Bloemendaal are both an independent municipality. GRIT is the Joint Arrangement that provides ICT servicesthe municipalities of Heemstede and Bloemendaal. With this GRIT supplies almost all the necessary ICT services to the 2 municipalities. GRIT is part of the municipality of Heemstede and the municipality of Heemstede is thus the client for this agreement, hereinafter referred to as: (the) municipality.

The municipality of Bloemendaal has about 23, 000 inhabitants. The town hall of Bloemendaal is located in Overveen. Approx180 employees. The municipality of Heemstede has about 27, 000 inhabitants. The town hall of Heemstede is also in the place Heemstede. Approximately 185 employees work.
