The performance guarantee is determined in separate positions in the amount of 2 (two) percent of the total contract value and is presented at the conclusion of the contract. the contract in one of the following forms: a cash deposit into the bank account of SWU "Neofit"Rilski ", Blagoevgrad, or an irrevocable and unconditional bank guarantee with a term of validity not less than the one month extension of the contract, effective from the moment of signing the contract, or insurance, which guarantees the performance by covering the contractor`s liability, for validity term not less than 1 month extension of the contract as from the moment of signing the contract.
