Supply of computer and office equipment for the needs of the Cyber-Operations Training Center on separate positions

The purpose of the procurement is to supply new, unused computer and office equipment for the needs of the Cyber-Operations Training Center.

Delivery of 1 PC management systemmulching and data storage according to technical specification Reg.No. 787 / 11.03.2020.

The assignor does not set requirements for the participants for fitness for professional activity, including requirements in connection with the entry in professional or commercial registers.

The assignor does not set requirements for the economic and financial status of the participants

The estimated value of the societiesour order is a total of BGN 386 950, 00 excluding VAT, divided into lots, as follows:

- Lot No 1 - 222 000, 00 BGN excluding VAT,

- Lot No 2 - 32 000, 00 BGN without VAT,

- Lot No. 3 - 82 000, 00 BGN without VAT,

- Lot # 4 - 17 000, 00 BGN without VAT,

- Lot # 5 - 20 000, 00 BGN wash VAT included,

- Lot No 6 - BGN 5, 000.00 excluding VAT,

- Lot No 7 - 4, 500.00 BGN excluding VAT,

- Lot No 8 - BGN 2 900, 00 excluding VAT VAT,

- Lot No 9 - 850, 00 BGN without VAT,

- Lot No 10 - 700, 00 BGN without VAT.

According to Art. 21, para. 6 of the Public Procurement Act, the contracting authority has the right to assign separate positions in ordera, valid for the individual value of each, provided that the value of the lot concerned does not exceed BGN 156 464 for supplies and services and the total value of the lots so awarded does not exceed 20 of 100 of the total value of the contract . In these cases, regardless of the residual value of the contract, it shall be awarded in the order applicable to the total value of

Since each of the estimated values of lots 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10 is below BGN 30, 000 (thirty thousand levs) excluding VAT, they fall in the scope of art. 20, para. 4, item 3 of the Public Procurement Act

In view of the above, Art. 21, para. 6 of the Public Procurement Law Lot No. 4, Lot No. 5, Lot No. 6, Lot No. 7, LotNo 8, Lot No 9 and Lot No 10 shall be assigned in accordance with Art. 20, para. 4, item 3 of the Public Procurement Act - by direct award. No tenders should be submitted for these lots.

Requirements regarding the personal status of the participants: requirements under Art. 54, para. 1, items 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 7, and Article 55, paragraph 1, items 1, 3, 4 and 5 of the Public Procurement Act (described in detail in item 2, section II of the documentation ofthe bulk order).

A participant for whom the grounds under Art. 54, para. 1 of the Public Procurement Act and the grounds stated by the contracting authority under Art. 55, para. 1 of the PPL, has the right to present evidence that it has taken measures to guarantee its reliability (described in detail in Section 2.3, Section II of the procurement documents)

National grounds for removal are set out in Section 2.4, Section II of the procurement documents.

Other grounds for exclusion from participation are specified in Section 2.5, Section II of the procurement documents.

The performance guarantee is 3 (three)% of the value of the contract without VAT, of which 1 (one)% for warranty maintenance, for each lot separately.
