Main Site: Organizational units of the contracting authority in Slovenia or on the basis of provisions from individual demand.

The contracting authority shall award the subject public procurement in accordance with the provisions of the Green Public Procurement Regulation (Official Gazette of the RS, Nos. 51/17 and 64/19).

The framework agreement shall be concluded for a maximum of 4 years. The Contracting Authority will, after the conclusion of the Framework Agreements, make inquiries when the need arises for certain hardware and / or licenses for the standard software.

The Client does not undertake by the Framework Agreement toordered a specific quantity of goods, since the quantities are objectively unobtrusive at the time of the performance of the contract, and undertakes to invite all tenderers with whom it has a framework agreement to procure the goods subject to this invitation to tender. Submission of tenders in the manner specified in the Framework Agreement.

The Contracting Authority is expected to request the following types of hardware:
