The subject of the public procurement is delivery of equipment and bears the name: "Delivery of computer and office equipment necessary for the laboratories of CC Quasar, on the territory of IR - BASand VVMU - Varna ", divided into the following separate positions:

Main Site: The place for execution of the order is the city of Sofia.

Delivery of computer and office equipment for the needs of CC Quasar, on the territory of IR - BAS.

The contracting authority does not define, in relation to the participants, the selection criteria relating to the suitability for pursuing a professional activity.

AssignThe applicant does not determine in respect of the participants the selection criteria relating to the economic and financial situation, regulated by the provisions of Art. 61 and Art. 62 of the Public Procurement Act (PPA)

Any Bulgarian or foreign natural or legal person or their associations, which meets the conditions of Art. 10, para. 1 of the Public Lawthese orders and the requirements of the contracting authority. The assignor shall remove from participation a participant for whom the grounds under Art. 54, para. 1 of the PPL and Art. 55, para. 1 of the PPA, the conditions under Art. 107 of the PPA, as well as a participant for which there are prohibitive grounds under the Law on Economic and Financial Relations with the companies, registered in jurisdictions with preferential tax regime, related to thempersons and their beneficial owners, and the exceptions provided for in this Act are not applicable; the assignor shall not remove a participant from the procedure on the grounds of Art. 54, para. 1 of the PPL and Art. 55, para. 1 of the PPA, if the latter provides evidence that it has taken measures to guarantee its reliability, despite the existence of the relevant grounds for removal. To this end, the participant presents a posoin the art. 56, para. 1 of the PPA evidence.

According to Art. 57, para. 2 of the Public Procurement Act, the exclusion rules shall also apply where the participant is an amalgamation of natural and / or legal persons and there are any grounds for exclusion for the member of the amalgamation. of the selection criteria, the samemust certify that there are no grounds for exclusion from the procurement procedure with regard to the subcontractors and third parties. 1 per cent of the value of the contract with a term of validity up to full andfulfillment of all the activities subject to the public procurement, but not earlier than 30 calendar days from the expiration of the agreed deadline for the implementation of the activities. The contractor shall choose the form of the performance guarantee himself;

In accordance with Art. 111 of the Public Procurement Act, the tenderer designated as the contractor shall submit to the contracting authority a guarantee securing the advance payment under the contract.The advance payment guarantee is the amount of the advance payment that the contractor will receive. The advance guarantee is released within 3 (three) days after the advance is returned or utilized. The guarantee securing the performance of the contract in accordance with Art. 111, para. 2 of the PPA is set at 1% of the contract value.

The guarantee is provided in one of the following forms:

1. moneytotal amount;

2. bank guarantee;

3. insurance that enforces enforcement by covering the contractor`s liability.
