The subject of the contract is the supply of computer equipment for the needs of the educational process

Quantity of the subject of the contract: Teacher`s tablet 70 pcs, Camera 10 pcs, Tablet pupil 150 pcs, Notebook 13- 79 pcs, Camera 2 pcs, Mobile device Management 10 pcs, Multimedia center - 60 pcs, Projector 70 pcs, Transport case 10 pcs, Notebook 4 pcs. Detailed specification of the subject of the contract can be found in point 36 of the tender documents.

Only those who meet the conditions for participation in personal status pursuant to Section 32 (1) of Act no. 343/2015 Coll. on Public Procurement and on the Amendment and Supplementation of Some Outcomes, as amended (hereinafter referred to as the FTA) in the manner pursuant to Section 32, Par. 2 of the Act, - 39 para. 1 of the Act, except for documents pursuant to - 32 para. 2 pism. e), which the tenderer does not have to submit, as the contracting authority is entitled to use data from the public administration information system pursuant to a special regulation (conclusion No. 177/2018 Coll. on somemeasures to reduce administrative burdens through the use of public administration information systems and on amendments to certain outcomes (ending against bureaucracy). Applicants may provisionally replace documents demonstrating the conditions for participation in the personal status by the presentation of the Single European Document (hereinafter referred to as JED). If the applicant is registered in the list of economic entitiesktov led by the Office for Public Procurement, the contracting authority shall verify this entry in accordance with - 152 par. 4 ZVO.

4. In the case of a tenderer consisting of a group of suppliers participating in a public procurement procedure, proof of compliance with the conditions for participation in respect of personal status shall be required for each member of the group separately. Fulfillment of participation requirement according to - 32 par. 1 pism. (e) ZVO demonstratesa member of the group only in respect of that part of the object of the contract which he is to procure. If the tenderer has a registered office, place of business or usual residence outside the territory of the Slovak Republic and the status of his registered office, place of business or usual residence does not issue any of the documents, the tenderer may submit equivalent confirmation issued to the competent authorities of another country. If the candidate has a place of business or businessif they have resident outside the territory of the Slovak Republic and the status of their office, place of business or usual residence does not issue any of the documents or does not issue or equivalent documents, they may be replaced by an affidavit in accordance with If the right of the applicant and with the registered office, place of business or usual residence outside the territory of SlovakiaRepublic may not replace the Declaration of Honor, it may be replaced by a Declaration made before a court, administrative body, notary, other professional or commercial institution in accordance with the regulations in force in the country of residence, business or usual residence of the applicant. The procedure of awarding the contract by means of an over-procedure procedure is carried out by the system of electronic public procurement pthrough IS EVO at www.uvo.gov.sk. The condition for successful communication in IS EVO and for successful submission of tenders is that the tenderer complies with the conditions for software and hardware of computer technology from which to send the tender documents, so that the tenderer has the appropriate technical and professional prerequisites, technical equipment and professional control of IS EVO. Required technical equipment and requirements for useThe EVO IS are defined and published on the EVO portal (http://www.uvo.gov.sk). The contracting authority warns the bidders that it does not provide the tender documents in paper form on the basis of a written or e-mail application of the bidder. The competition documents will be made available to interested parties in IS EVO.

2. The deadlines in the case of electronic communication shall run from the date of sending / delivery of the message. Under deliveryit means when the message was delivered to the applicant in IS EVO and not when the applicant read it. Security: The contracting authority requires security from tenderers. The security is set at EUR 1, 000. Details of the security conditions shall be included in the documents to be submitted. The facts that may arise in the process of awarding the contract, not regulated by these and the tender documents, shall beare governed by the relevant provisions of the Act. Given the terms of participation, the technical specifications, the criteria for the evaluation of the tenders or the conditions for the performance of the contract, there is no scope for greenery, innovation or social focus. The successful tenderer shall submit the originals of the required documents before signing the contract

6.Recognition of non-division of the contract: The contracting authority did not divide the subject of the contract into parts for reasons of ensuring continuity and compactness of supplies of goods., or may provisionally replace the aboved) documents to prove the fulfillment of the conditions of participation determined by the contracting authority by the Single European Document (JED) pursuant to - 39 of the Act. The contracting authority permits the tenderer to complete only the Global Data section for all conditions of Part IV JED without having to complete other sections of Part IV JED.
