List and short description of the terms:

III.1.1.1) Public procurement only those who meet these conditions for participation in personal status pursuant to - 32 para. 1 Act No. 343/2015 Coll. on public procurement and on amendments to certain conclusions, as amendedIII.1.1.2) An economic operator shall demonstrate compliance with the conditions for participation in a personal status pursuant to Article 32 (1). 1 pism. b) to f) and par. 2, 4 and 5 ZVO - by entering in the list of economic subjects pursuant to - 152 par. - submission of documents pursuant to - 32 para. 2, 4 and 5 ZVO (a copy of all the door documents is requiredbut not official translations (scanned originals or certified copies) proving fulfillment of the conditions of participation relating to personal status). It is not required that the economic entity in the public procurement proves fulfillment of the conditions for participation in personal status pursuant to - 32 para. 1 pism. (g) and (h) of the GPA, the burden of proving that the economic operator does not meet these conditions of participation is

III.1.1.3) Pursuant to Section 32, Para. 7 of the Act is a condition for participation in relation to personal status according to par. 1 pism. (b) and (c) fulfilled if the tenderer has paid the arrears or has been allowed to pay the arrears in installments. 4 entitled to additionally request a document according to - 32 par. 2 pism. III.1.1.4) Contracting authority poaccording to - 152 par. 3 ZVO shall recognize an equivalent registration or certificate of registration issued by the competent authorities of another Member State, by means of which the tenderer proves that the conditions for participation in the procurement procedure have been met. The contracting authority must also accept other equivalent documents submitted by the tenderer.

III.1.1.5) The group of suppliers demonstrates compliance with the conditions for participation in a public contract for aeach member of the group separately. III.1.1.6) The economic operator may provisionally replace the documents proving the fulfillment of the conditions of participation specified by the contracting authority by submitting the Single European Document (hereinafter referred to as "JED").

The contracting authority makes available an electronan electronic version of the JED form in .XML format, which is published as part of the documents provided for the contract by electronic means under point I.3) and point VI.3.1) of this notice. To fill in the electronic version of the JED form via the European Commission`s free service (ESPD service), the Public Procurement Office (UVO) has published an e-Service Manualand reuse of JED (http://www.uvo.gov.sk/extdoc/1445/JED-prirucka_ESPD). For an explanation of the content of JED, UVO published the manual version 2 (http://www.uvo.gov.sk/extdoc/1523/JED - manual v2). The contracting authority shall allow the economic operator to complete only the section "Alpha" in Part IV of the Conditions of Participation: Global indication for all conditions of participation.

III.1.1.7) When demonstrating complianceand Conditions of Participation Concerning Personal Status, Applicants are advised to proceed in accordance with UVO notice -2ff.html.

III.1.1.8) The contracting authority assesses the fulfillment of the conditions for participation specifiedin accordance with - 32 para. 1 of the Act and demonstrated according to - 32 par. 2 and - 152 para. 4 - ZVO in the manner according to - 40 ZVO.

1) Access to the tender documents is possible by electronic means in the Elena system at the address www.e-lena.sk within the period according to point IV.2.2. meeting the conditions for participation:

Žithe request for an explanation must be received well in advance of the expiry of the time limit for the submission of tenders, so as to enable the contracting authority to provide the information necessary to draw up the tender, the proposal and demonstrate compliance with the conditions for the submission of tenders. In advance of yoursentertaining explanations can be considered by the contracting authority until 17.9. 2019 to 14.30, on the basis of which the contracting authority recommends candidates to deliver their requests for explanation within this sufficiently pre-deemed time period.(4) The Elena system automatically enables the monitoring of the opening of tenders to all tenderers who have submitted a tender. Therefore, the tenderer does not have to use the possibility of personal participation in opening the tender at a place and time determined by the publicIt is possible to open directly via the distance system through the Elena system. 6) Requirements for the submission of documents proving the fulfillment of the requirements for the subject of the contract:

6.1 Technical solution of the subject of the contract / contract in the form ofdesign of the technical solution of the subject of the contract, where I will provide the information to the extent that it is possible to unambiguously assess the fulfillment of all requirements for each item of the subject of the contract, including security design and implementation .
