1. Przedmiotem zamowienia jest dostawa sprzętu komputerowego(hereinafter referred to as equipment) for the needs of Zesp-ł Budowlano-Geodezyjnych in Białystok.

1. The subject matter of the order is the delivery of computer hardware (hereinafter referred to as equipment) for the needs of the Construction-Surveying School Complex in Białystok.

2. The subject of the order includes delivery:

- - laptops with software - 70 pcs,

- projectors - 12 pcs,

- ceiling screens - 13 pcs,

- setcomputer software with software - 70 items,

- switch - 7 pcs,

- UPS - 5 pcs,

- multifunction devices - 8 pcs,

- tablets and a computer - 7 items,

- network printer - 1 pc,

- routers - 7 pcs,

- multimedia table - 1 pc,

- visualizers - 10 pcs,

- document shredder - 1 item,

- totem - 1 item,

- televisions - 5 pcs,

- multimedia boards - 3 pcs,

- loudspeakers - 7 pcs,

- setinteractive - 2 pcs,

- firewall - 1 pc,

- servers for the computer lab - 2 pcs,

- plotter - 1 pcs.

3. The ordering party requires that all delivered equipment be brand new, unused and free from defects.

4. For the equipment for which the manufacturer issues written warranty cards, the Contractor will provide the Ordering Party with signed warranty cards.

5. On the subject of the orders, the Contractor shall grant a minimum of 24-mone month warranty. (the warranty may be longer - the length of the guarantee is one of the assessed criterion);

6. The delivery includes: transport and bringing the subject of the order to the place, assembly, according to the ordering party, i.e. Team School Building and Surveying at ul. Słonimska 47/1 in Bialystok, POLAND.

7. A detailed description of the subject of the order, including the minimum parameters it must meetThe contracting entity specified in the technical specification of the equipment in the column No. III "Technical specification of equipment", constituting Annex No. 2 to the ToR form price form of computer equipment.

The contracting authority does not set out specific requirements in this respect. The ordering party does not set out specific requirements in this respect.

1. The Employer applies the following percent in this proceedingthe evaluation and evaluation of offers (the so-called "reversed procedure"): 1) The tenders are evaluated in the first place in terms of the grounds for rejection (article 89 paragraph 1 of the Public Procurement Law) and the criteria for evaluating the offers described in the Terms of Reference, only in relation to the Contractor, whose offer was rated as the most advantageous (placed on the highest ranked position), evaluations are madesubject matter, ie it examines the initial statements referred to in point V point 1 of the Terms of Reference, and then requests submission of documents and statements confirming compliance with the conditions for participation in the proceedings and no grounds for exclusion in a period not shorter than 10 days. The contractor whose offer has been selected will evade from entering into the public order contractthe speaker will investigate whether it is not subject to exclusion and whether the conditions for participation in the proceedings are fulfilled by the Contractor who submitted the highest-rated tender of the remaining offers, unless there is a premiss to annul the proceedings. In addition to the exclusion conditions referred to in art. 24 sec. 1 item 12-23, the Employer also foresees the exclusion of the Contractor, pursuant to art. 24 sec. 5:

- point 1 of the mouthin relation to which the liquidation has been opened, the arrangement approved by the court in the restructuring proceedings provides for the satisfaction of the creditors by liquidation of its assets or the court ordered the liquidation of its assets pursuant to art. 332 par. 1 of the Act of 15.5.2015. Restructuring law (Journal of Laws of 2017, item 1508 and 2018, item 149, 398, 1544 and 1629) or whose bankruptcyit was announced, with the exception of the contractor, who, after the bankruptcy, concluded an arrangement approved by a valid court order, if the arrangement does not provide creditors for the liquidation of the bankrupt`s assets, unless the court ordered the liquidation of its assets pursuant to art. 366 para. 1 of the Act of 28.2.2003 Bankruptcy Law (Journal of Laws of 2017, item 2344 and 2491 and of 2018, item 398, 685, 1544 and 1629),

- point 8 of the Act which violated obligations regarding tax payments, fees or social security or health insurance premiums, which the contracting authority is able to demonstrate by means of appropriate evidence, except in the case referred to in art. 24 sec. 1 point 15, unless the Contractor has paid the due taxes, fees or social security or health insurance contributions inonce with interest or fines or has entered into a binding agreement regarding the repayment of these debts.

3. The ordering party shall call the Contractor whose tender has been the highest rated, to submit within the prescribed, not shorter than 10 days, the current date of submission of the following declarations or documents to confirm the absence of grounds for exclusion of the Contractor from participation inproviding specified in SIWZ.
