Procurement of computer hardware for Vorarlberg municipalities, the province of Vorarlberg as well as other public clients and sector contractors based in Vorarlberg

BeschaffThe entire requirement of an official decision for the permissibility of the exercise of an activity in Austria as well as the obligation according to -- 21 and 194 of the Federal Public Procurement Act 2018 is expressly pointed out. Sections 21 and 194 of the Federal Public Procurement Act 2018 oblige applicants or tenderers operating in the territory of another Contracting Party of theEEA Agreement or are established in Switzerland and have to obtain an official decision regarding their professional qualifications in order to carry out an activity in Austria, to initiate a procedure as soon as possible, or in any case before the expiry of the period for submission of tenders. For regulated trades (- 94 of the Trade Regulations 1994), reference is made to -- 373ato 373e of the Industrial Code 1994.
