1. The subject of the order is the delivery, installation and commissioning of teletechnical and application solutions as part of the project "Informatisation of the Municipal Hospital in Olsztyn- stage III "

Main Site: Municipal Hospital Complex in Olsztyn, Niepodległości St. 44, 10-045 Olsztyn, POLAND. Part I includes the modernization of the hospital network, adaptation of the room for server room purposes, delivery, installation and configuration of server room equipment, expansion Wi-Fi networks and delivery, installation and configuration of the software.

The contractor will fulfill the condition if it proves that in the period ofe earlier than 1 month before the deadline for submission of offers, has own funds or creditworthiness for an amount not less than the sum of values specified for individual parts, for which the contractor submits the offer:
