The subject of the order is: delivery, assembly, installation of computer hardware and software, and training of personnelmawiającego. The subject of the order is: delivery, assembly, installation of computer hardware and software, i.e .: a stationary computer with a monitor of 120 pcs, including:

- Type A - 30 pcs,

- Type B - 70 items,

- Type C - 20 items.

Detailed information containsAnnex No. 1 to the ToR. The Employer will also require the deployment of equipment for Part I at specific workplaces at the headquarters of the Employer.

1. Contractors who are not subject to exclusion from the procurement procedure and who meet the conditions for participation in the procedure specified in art. 22 ust. 1 Public Procurement Law.

2. Employer for Parts III, IV and V-he did not specify the conditions for participation in proceedings regarding competences or entitlements to conduct a specific professional activity, economic or financial situation and technical or professional capacity. For Parts I and II, the Awarding Entity did not specify the conditions for participation in proceedings regarding competences or entitlements to conduct a specific professional activity, situationHowever, it requires that Contractors who meet the conditions for participation in the proceedings regarding technical capacity may apply for the award of the order. Contractors may apply for the contract together.

5. In the event of the Contractors acting jointly in the proceedings, the Contractors shall appoint a representative to represent them in the proceedingsordering or representing in the contract award procedure and signing the public procurement contract.

6. Circumstances justifying exclusion from the proceedings based on the provisions of art. 24 sec. 1 item 12-23 and para. 5 Public Procurement Law. occurring even in relation to an individual Contractor disqualify the entire group of Contractors applying jointly for the order.

7.The Ordering Party may at any stage of the proceedings consider that the Contractor does not have the required capacities if the involvement of the Contractor's technical or professional resources in other Economic Operations may have a negative impact on the implementation of the order. With regard to the experience conditions, Contractors may rely on the capacities of other entities if they do sothey are liable for deliveries for which these capacities are required. 1 From the procedure for awarding the order, the Contracting Authority will exclude the Contractor, in relation to which any of the circumstances referred to in Art. 24 sec. 1 item 12 23 and par. 5 Public Procurement Law Acts. 2. The Contracting Authority assesses whether the capacity of experience provided by the Contractors by other entities allows it to be demonstrated by Youthe meeting of the condition of participation, referred to in Chapter VII, para. 3 and examines whether the grounds of exclusion referred to in para. 1

1. The Contractor shall attach to the offer a valid statement as of the day of submitting offers in the form of a Single European Order Document (EAT), only in an electronic form with a qualified electronic signature, not with the instructions described in Chapter X, paragraph 3 and 4 SIWZ, prepared in accordance with the form provided in the European Commission executive regulation issued on the basis of art. 59 par. 2 of Directive 2014/24 / EU, the model of which is Annex No. 2 to the ToR. The information contained in the statement will constitute preliminary confirmation that the Contractor is not subject to exclusion from the proceedings and meets the conditionThe list of statements or documents confirming compliance with the conditions for participation in the proceedings and the lack of grounds for exclusion of Contractors were described in detail by the Employer in Chapter IX of the Terms of Reference.
