The subject of the purchase is the purchase of calculating equipment and related services in the range specified in the tender documents and in appendix no. 1 of the contract

According to - 32 par. 1 Act no. 343/2015 Coll. on Public Procurement and on the Amendment to Certain Laws as amended (hereinafter referred to as the "Act").copies of original or verifiably certified copies of all documents proving the fulfillment of the conditions of the person's personal status, which he proves pursuant to - 32 par. 2 of the Act, respectively. ods. 4 and para. The economic operator may provisionally replace the documents proving the fulfillment of the conditions of participation with the Single European Document according to - 39 of the Act.

1. Contracting authority for the award of the contract-establishes electronic communication, which is realized through the system of electronic public procurement (EVO system) https://evo.gov.sk. The procedure is governed by the EVO Guides and Recommendations. Instructions for Entrepreneur / Entrepreneur Public Procurement (version 0.2, 16.6.2014) and Joint Modules (version 0.6, 1.8.2016) are published on https://www.uvo.gov.sk/zaujemcauchadzac/portal-syStem-evo3ee.html. In order to participate in this call, it is necessary to be interested in registering through the EVO system in a bid, which is published on the EVO portal (https://evo.gov.sk) under the number 30.01 and under the name Purchase of Computer Technology and Related Services. The time limit for registration is set out in point IV.2.2 of this notice. Any explanation in this statement is made electronically, andexclusively through the EVO system. In the event that on behalf of the entrepreneur, in the sense of a document pursuant to - 32 par. 2, letter. e) the law on the public procurement of a person authorized to take over the person's life(requires signatures of more than one person of the statutory body) or a request for participation is submitted by a group of contractors within the meaning of Section 37 of the Act, the submission of a power of attorney for the procedure on behalf of the applicant / (registration in the EVO system and submission of tenders)

7. The public contracting authority shall exclude from public procurementif, on the basis of reliable information, I believe that the tenderer has entered into an agreement to interfere with the economic tender in this public procurement with another economic entity. More detailed information is available in the tender documentation.

8. The entrant can not be affiliated to a group of suppliers who submit another offer or to another subcontractor. Criterion for evaluation-bid is the lowest unit cost per item. The details of the evaluation are given in the tender documents
