The subject of the bid solicitation is the conclusion of a contract for the provision of Cisco network equipment or equivalent to the Company of the Luxembourgish railways

The subject of the call for competition is the conclusion of a contract for the supply of equipment-Cisco networks or equivalents with the Luxembourg railway company

- knowledge of 1 of the 3 national languages of Grand-Duche by the personnel assigned to the execution of the market,

- intervention of guarantee on the CFL sites in Grand-Duche of Luxembourg in the form of an official document certifying that the tenderer is not in a state of insolvency and is not the subject of any proceedings-bankruptcy, liquidation, judicial settlement or precautionary settlement, cessation of business, - declaration of honor certifying that the tenderer (or a member of the management) has not engaged in professional misconduct and has not been seriously in breach of its contractual obligations, - official document certifying that the candidate is in good standing-concerning the payment of social security contributions and taxes, - the company's incorporation document and / or status with its latest update.
