The contract-it concerns the provision of a disaster recovery system that has the purpose of protecting the application assets and data of Roma Servizi for the mobility and, consequently, of Rome capital and ensure the continuity of services containing interruptions to a minimum in the face of failures (consequence of incidental or malicious) or damage to ICT components due to disastrous eventsCompetitors must be accompanied, under penalty of exclusion, by a provisional guarantee, in the form of a guarantee or surety, as defined in art. 93 of the Code, equal to 2% of the total amount of the contract and specifically to EUR 8 768.85.

The intervention in question falls within the National Operational Program metropolitan cities and, in this case, the integrated action, and intfunded with the resources insured by the community contributions (European Structural and Investment Funds, under the 2014-2020 metropolitan cities Operational Program) and national (rotation fund under Articles 5 and following of Law No. 183/1987) . The amount of evolutionary maintenance will be used exclusively with specific ad-hoc financing.
