Offer to the public pursuant to Article 1336 of the Italian Civil Code, for the selection of an economic operator to whom a project of.

Comparative procedure governed by private law, with an offer to the public pursuant to article 1336 of the Italian Civil Code, aimed at selecting, among participants in possession of the requisite requisitessti, the economic operator with whom to enter into a service contract for the third party, Museo Autonomo Gallerie Estensi, pursuant to Articles 1411, 1655 et seq., 1677 of the Civil Code, for the development and implementation of a project concerning:

Main Site: Modena, Largo Porta Sant'Agostino, Autonomous Museum Gallerie Estensi.

Contract for the service of:

(i)and management of a digital library (Digital Library DL) for the enhancement of the archival and book heritage preserved in the Autonomous Museum and in other cultural institutes of the S. Agostino-Estense cultural center;

(ii) restoration, digitalisation, cataloging part of the archival heritage and library of the Autonomous Museum for the purpose of its online publication.

E cParticipation in the tender procedure is granted to all the subjects referred to in Article 46 of Legislative Decree 50 / 2016.

Participants must meet the general requirements, professional qualifications, economic and financial capacity, technical and professional capacity as prescribed and specified in detail by the present call for tenders and the Competition Regulations.the competitors must be authorized and registered in the relevant registers for activities that coincide with those of the present contract or in a professional or commercial register of the State of residence. Competitors may constitute a temporary grouping with a person authorized to carry out the activities or subcontracting.
