For valid participation in procedure for the conclusion of this contract shall be deposited by the participantspants operators (bidders), bid bond for an amount corresponding to 2% of the budgeted amount, excluding VAT, namely:

For Part 1 bid bond amount to 8 180.00 EUR (eight thousand one hundred and eighty euros).

For signing the contract, one of the Department to provide performance guarantee required under Article 72(1) (b) of Law 4412/2016, amounting to 5% of the value of the contract, excluding VAT, and deposited before or at the time of signing the contract. tender: EUR 34.00.- For section 3, the guarantee for participation in the competition: EUR 118, 21.
