Digital accessibility of communication media

Digital accessibility means taking into account design rules at all levels in its digital project (graphic, ergonomic, functional, technical and technical levels). editorial) so that the site (or application, e-learning training, etc.) can be read by all usersincluding those who have physical, sensory or cognitive limitations.

The expected benefits are:

- the realization of accessibility audits of applications and digital media (web, pdf, etc.). )

- support for staff (advice, expertise).

To help develop and anchor an e-accessible culture within the company, Le Groupe La Poste wishes to support, when necessary, a priority for communicators, HR actors and SI players with digital accessibility.

The candidate will deliver on the platform Provigis (https://www.provigis.com/ ), the documents indicated below:

1) an excerpt K-bis or equivalence;

2) if it is in receivership, the copy of the judgments pronounced;

3) a statementduly dated and signed on paper to the supplier, to justify that it does not enter in any of the cases mentioned in Article L. 2141-1 and in 1 and 3 of Article L. 2141-4 of the (4) the certificates issued by the competent administrations and bodies attesting that the candidate is not in a case of prohibition to tender mentioned in Article L. 2141-2 of the public procurement code, that is to say:

- a certificate of vigilance issued by the URSSAF,

- a tax certificate justifying the regularity of its tax situation (payment of VAT, corporate tax or income tax),

- a certificate attesting to the regularity of its situation with regard to the employment obligation of disabled workers;

5) the casethe nominative list of foreign employees employed by the candidate and subject to the work authorization mentioned in Article L. 5221-2 of the Labor Code, specifying for each employee, in accordance with Article D. 8254-2 of the Code of his date of hiring, his nationality, and the type and number of the title of the work permit. Candidates established abroadprovide the documents provided for in Articles D. 8222-7 and D. 8254-3 of the Labor Code;

6) where applicable, the documents provided for in Article R. 1263-12 of the Labor Code in the event of detachment of employees.

The financial capacity of the firm will be studied with regard to:

1) the financial sustainability of the company (20% weighted criteria).

In this respect, the candidates will provide the data mentioned ini-after, in a table, for the last 3 financial years (2013, 2014 and 2015): shareholders` equity, long-term debts, financial debts, cash, liabilities, inventories, receivables, trade payables, tax and social security debts and other debts of operation.

In support of its declaration, the applicant will provide the tax packages (also known as CERFA bundles), or equivalent documents, for theFiscal years will be evaluated on the basis of the information requested in the table provided by the applicant.

This criterion is valid for all lots.

The applicant wishing to submit an answer via the DUME will submit it in pdf format andu xml format in a zip.

In accordance with the provisions of articles R. 2143-13 of the public order code, the candidate is not required to provide the documents and information requested in the context of this notice that can be obtained via an electronic system for the provision of information administered by an official body or a digital storage space accessible free of chargeby La Poste and its subsidiaries.
