Work health services and their development partnership

Acquisition of the acquisition of occupational health services as a joint procurement in the Kanta-Haem area. Services are procured so that one (1) supplier is selected in the competition. It produces services for the procurement items listed below under TyoeSyke Oy and acquires the entire share capital of TyoeSyke Oy. Developing partnership partners startedwill open a partnership in line with the 2019 action plans. Inside the spirit of partnership, the in-house service and the ways of working will be deliberately developed in a spirit of partnership. The following procurement units are involved in joint procurement / owners of TyoeSyke Oy:

Main Site: In accordance with the draft agreement attached to the annex.maintenance services and their development in the spirit of partnership.

Myoes included in the acquisition:

For workplaces in the area of subscribers, based on statutory divestiture responsibility, and ordering occupational health care services (see clause 5.2 of the attached draft agreement).
